Waterfront and close to Granite Peak. Lake feel. In the City of Wausau on the Wis River in a quiet neighborhood with an up north feel. Summer kayaks and paddle boat available . Dock out back for your boat. So much to do. And downtown Wausau 4 minutes away. Fall has changing of the leaves. Winter we are 10 min to Granite Peak ski hill. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Relax or keep busy with a list of events and places provided in a folder at the cottage .

Red Oak hardwood floors and lots of windows make this a very inviting and relaxing home. The living room fireplace is equipped with candles for added ambience. Start your day with a morning cup of coffee on the backyard deck and enjoy an evening glass of wine on the second floor screened porch while watching the gorgeous sunsets.

Enjoy a stay in the cottage in the big woods! The lane leading to it winds a half mile back from the road. This place will be a highlight because of everything from the spacious yard surrounded with woods, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, open, cozy living room and cute bedrooms. Also has a picnic table and backyard fire pit (firewood included) or you can choose to grill your favorites on the covered back porch.
