La casa ha un grande giardino sul retro, molto tranquillo, e si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione che collega il paese con Roma e Viterbo. Nelle vicinanze il bosco di Manziana, il lago di Bracciano, Canale Monterano, le terme di Stigliano, la faggeta di Oriolo, il mare di Santa Severa e altri siti storici e naturalistici di grande interesse.
