There are two beds-one comfortable queen and a cozy twin; hardwood floors throughout; the kitchen has granite counters, new appliances and a raised eating bar; separate dining table and work desk; bathroom is fully tiled with a glass enclosed shower. Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Access to plenty of restaurants less than 5 minutes away along Saratoga Lake and Route 9. Lake George is about 35 minutes North, and Gore Mountain is about a 50-55 minute drive.
