There is also a summer kitchen and a grilling area along with a large table and chairs.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen and one en suite bedroom. Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

It has two double en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area and outdoor area with heated swimming pool. A sofa bed in living area provides two extra sleeping spots. WiFi, air conditioning, two parking spots provided and included in the rental price. This fully equipped house located near the city center is the ideal choice for families with children or friends! Pets are welcome.
