Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'Agave è una casa di fine Ottocento situata in una delle più panoramiche e comode zone dell'isola di Salina, nelle isole Eolie. La proprietaria, scenografa del teatro e cinema italiano, ha curato l'arredo con amore ed eleganza e nel rispetto dello stile dell'isola. In 2 minuti si raggiunge una delle spiagge più suggestive, la spiaggia di Scario, che per la vicinanza, sembra la spiaggia privata della casa. Grazie alla loro esposizione è possibile assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto accompagnato dalla incantevole vista delle Isole Filicudi ed Alicudi. E' possibile tra l'altro raggiungere l'antico borgo di pescatori con una piacevole passeggiata, dove potrete riconoscere alcuni luoghi del film Il Postino. Posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

La Villa è situata a Pollara un piccolo e tranquillo villaggio a nord-ovest dell’isola adagiato sulla Caldera di un antico vulcano. La struttura è composta due case in stile eoliano collegate da un’ampia corte,al centro della quale si erge un maestoso ulivo secolare. In posizione privilegiata, con vista su Filicudi e Alicudi, il cielo al tramonto si tinge di tutte le sfumature d’arancio.

Casa Blu è un luminosissimo monolocale in stile eoliano a Santa Marina Salina, in zona Barone, proprio all'inizio del borgo. Il colore dominante è il blu delle bellissime maioliche eoliane e del mare. Dal patio si gode di una vista incantevole su Stromboli e Panarea, a pochi passi dal mare e dai servizi essenziali, ristoranti, negozi tipici. A 10 minuti di passeggiata dal porto. Alle spalle del corso principale (isola pedonale). Sono presenti videocamere di sorveglianza esterne.

Casa Gesùpappina mia è un’oasi di privacy e bellezza situata alla fine della frazione di Canneto, proprio sopra le ex Spiagge Bianche, nella parte nord-est dell’isola di Lipari. Costruita alla fine del 1800 sulla scogliera di Ghiozzo e totalmente ristrutturata, è una casa indipendente munita di tutti i comfort moderni (WiFi – aria condizionata – TV satellitare), pur conservando le peculiarità delle tipiche case eoliane, un tempo abitate da pescatori e lavoratori della pomice.

Casa Blu si trova sulla parallela del lungomare, a due passi dalla spiaggia, nella frazione balneare di Canneto. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, panificio, bar e proseguendo sul lungomare piccoli negozi e posticini dove mangiare. A due minuti si trova il capolinea del bus che collega Canneto al porto e al centro di Lipari (3 km). I collegamenti sono disponibili fino a tarda sera in estate, negli altri periodi solo di giorno.
