Although it is a basement, there are a few stairs to access the space, yet the entrances & hallways are more than 5' wide. Each bdrm has large window & black out blinds. The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space.

Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.
