This cozy apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two; however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmers' market. We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking and fiber internet on-site. We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
