Sit on the verandah and sip upon a wine or coffee as the evening cools light the outdoor fire and simply enjoy! Take a 3 minute walk to the wonderful shops and cafes on the Fairlie's Main Street and the famous Fairlie Bakehouse.. ( not available for privatemessagein after 7pm. )

Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Tekapo Springs and Mt John Observatory.

The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
