Έχει θέα στην θάλασσα και απέχει δύο λεπτά από την παραλία !!! Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι. Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 8 χιλιόμετρα. 12 χιλιομετρα από την Νέα Καλλικράτεια.
