There is free parking on the street where it's always easy to find a convenient spot available. The fenced garden in the back makes the house a great choice if you are travelling with your kids and pets. Every detail in the house has been thought of to create a comfortable family home environment.

Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Your pet is welcome, but we ask they don't join you on the bed or sofas.

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx
