There is free parking on the street where it's always easy to find a convenient spot available. The fenced garden in the back makes the house a great choice if you are travelling with your kids and pets. Every detail in the house has been thought of to create a comfortable family home environment.

Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

St Annes Retreat, a lovely ground floor apartment in the picturesque town of Lytham St Annes. Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. Your pet is welcome, but we ask they don't join you on the bed or sofas.
