Alongside there are boulevards of Lesi Ukrainian and Druzhby Narodov, Bastionnaya street, Kikvidze street, botanical garden. Apartment is after excellent major renovation. Double doors (outward reserved with an electronic code lock with changing of code after every lodger), new windows, rollets of tissues. All furniture is new, made as it applies to this apartment.
