This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Local Pub, The Staghunters Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.

The Hayloft Lynton

Located centrally in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the old village district of Lynton, The Hayloft is a cosy but deceptively large one-bedroom property with separate lounge, dining area and kitchen. With features including a log burner, wood panelling and open living, you're assured a comfortable and relaxing stay surrounded by English country cottage charm. The cottage has WiFi and dogs are welcome. Logs are not supplied but can be obtained locally.
