Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Unsere Ferienwohnung direkt am Skigebiet bietet Bergliebhabern, Erholungssuchenden und Wanderfreunden ein optimales Ferienambiente. Direkt am Fuße der Plose gelegen sind Skigebiet, Wanderwege und Almhütten genauso nahe wie die idyllische Altstadt Brixens. Die Wohnung hat einen privaten Eingang mit Parkplatz, einen großen Balkon und eine Terrasse mit Garten. Es erwarten Sie liebevoll gestaltete Räume und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf umliegende Bergspitzen und die Kulturstadt Brixen.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Beim Hoferhof Gsies beginnt die Erholung schon bei der Anfahrt durch das Gsieser Tal. Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof Moandlhof

Der Moandl Hof ist seit über 100 Jahren im Besitz der Familie Goller. Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an. Der Moandl Hof ist für Erholungssuchende wie Aktivurlauber im Sommer und im Winter eine Reise wert. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
