Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Beachside is truly beachside and our guests can put their feet in the sand moments from the front door. Shops & pubs are a short walk away & the ferry to Padstow is right outside the property. It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

2 Penmayne Cottage - Cosy & Stylish Hideaway

Nestled down at the end of a leafy private lane, this charming two-bedroom Cottage has character and charm. Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Beach is a pleasant stroll away through the fields down to Porthilly and along past the sailing club. Its only a few minutes away from the village and amenities, which include a delicatessen, bakery, fish & chips shop, butchers and general store. Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! The house accommodates 6 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms, with three spacious entertaining spaces. It has the advantage of a large garden and a spacious sun deck. The conservatory provides an extra living/dining area from which to enjoy the gorgeous views. The outdoor shower is also a highlight!

There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with super king and king size beds In the main bedrooms. Private fishing lake and bird hide. Stunning views of the valley. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

Master bedroom with zip and link super king bed, ensuite shower room . Newly renovated extension to include another super king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. ( both bedrooms can be separated to have 2 singles instead of 1 super king if need be) Utility room, with all amenities, is an ideal place for dogs to sleep. 2 dogs maximum.
