Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Room With A View

Enjoy peace and privacy in a unique self-contained space with panoramic views of the Clutha River and surrounding mountains. As there is no wifi available its a great place to disconnect. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Vygrove Studio

This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as you soak in the sun, or a book as you snuggle in the armchair indoors. If you're active, the local ski fields and Lake Wanaka have plenty to offer you. This unique accommodation is only 5 minutes drive (5km) from Wanaka township, and is the perfect place to relax, or use as a base for some Wanaka “adventures”. All rooms look out onto a private garden area with views of the mountains. The barn is situated close to the paddocks so you will enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs, and calf wandering by.

There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.

This unit is nestled in a beautiful garden and has stunning mountain views. Detached from the main house and with a private entrance it provides privacy and space. Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
