Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
