Paddle boat for small pond (for bunkhouse guests only), firepit, bbq pit, griddle, walking distance to river. Fishing pond catch and release. (Bunkhouse guests only) Right off hwy 7, there is traffic noice. Roku only, no cable. Clear parties, gatherings, events upon booking with host due to extra charge. 20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Sleeps up to four with a full size bed, twin size bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
