Large garage. Only an hour from Sault Ste. Marie, Munising, Grand Marias, Kitch-iti-kipi "natural spring" and less to Upper Tahquamenon Falls brewery and Lower falls, Paradise shipwreck museum and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Home is fully stocked with all the essentials and more including games and boot dryers.

This quiet little hamlet of cabins is located on Culhane Lake in the northeastern upper peninsula close to Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Crisp Point Lighthouse, Little Lake Harbor, Lake Superior, and many other local attractions. Although the cabins have been on the property for many years they all have been recently renovated to offer all of the comforts of home yet located completely off the grid. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY BUT IF YOUR DOG(s) AREN’T 100% FRIENDLY PLEASE DONT BRINGNG THEM.

Black Dog Lodge

Black Dog Lodge is a place to re-connect with family and make memories while adventuring the Upper Peninsula and exploring the road less traveled. The cabin has a wood burning furnace, wood burning stove and lots of common area to eat family dinners and enjoy each others company. Fire pits for roasting marshmallows and telling stories in the summer months. All bedrooms and bathrooms are fully furnished with bedding, extra blankets, and towels. Come stay at our lakefront Round Lake Cottage and enjoy the spectacular sunrise, clear sandy bottom, boating, fishing and swimming fun that lake life has to offer. Relax in the water, on the dock or kick back around the fire and tell your best stories. Located on the West side of North Manistique Lake aka “Round Lake” in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Spend the day at the lake or see sites like Tahquamenon Falls, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Seney Wildlife Refuge and Pictured Rocks.

Crisp Point Beach Cabin

Enjoy your lakefront cabin on Lake Superior with private beach access. The adventure starts with the trip to Crisp Point Beach which is located 18 miles from route 123 driven on gravel and sand roads towards Crisp Point Lighthouse. The road goes through some of the most undeveloped land in the Eastern States. This off-grid cabin provides a wonderful experience of nature due to its remote location. It is filled all the amenities you need to enjoy beach life on Lake Superior.

North Lake Cottage

The cabin is located on a beautiful spring fed lake (North Manistique Lake) offering clear waters and sandy bottom; perfect for swimming, boating & fishing. The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

During snowy winter months, access multiple trails right from our garage! This centrally located retreat provides easy access to Lake Superior's splendor and nearby attractions.

Located in the beautiful eastern upper peninsula of Michigan where four seasons of adventure await you. We are offering our newly remodeled studio apartment accessible thru the three car garage adjacent to our vacation home. Located in the heart of McMillan near the intersection of M-28 and County Rd 415. Just a short distance from some of the most accessible snowmobile/ORV trails located in the UP. Only minutes drive from restaurants/local grocery/gas/amenities.

Gypsy Lodge- Eagles Nest

Relax with the whole family at the Eagles Nest! It is 1 of 3 log cabins available at Gypsy Lodge! Located right on Pike Lake, perfect location for all seasons & recreational activities! Located in the heart of snowmobiling, ORVing, blueberry picking, rock hunting, & so much more! Near Lake Superior! This cozy cabin overlooks the lake with the best views! We want our guests to explore the outdoors & breathe the fresh air! Come relax with us, you deserve it!

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
