You might see deer, turkey and other wildlife. (Hunting is not allowed.) The house is just a short drive from Amish country, Serpent Mound and other family-friendly activities. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

It's perfect for families, friends, traveling workers, hunters or vacationers who are looking for a delightful cabin to take a break or to function as a home away from home. While it sits on the edge of the woods it is also conveniently located on St. Rt. 140 for quick access to locate commodaties. The cabin is surprisingly spacious. We believe you'll love our place.

Pa’s Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm-fresh eggs. Your stay comes with a manipulative cat (well-loved and fed no matter what she says) and a friendly rooster that does not understand personal space.

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).
