The Ramshackle is located on a farm, it has a private entrance and picturesque views from its elevated decking. You'll love the rolling hillside, the wildlife and farm animals at your leisure. Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.
