The Hen House

The wonderfully remodeled home based on 55 acres overlooking mature trees and a large pond. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Laundry is available to use as well. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and a gas grill is offered as well to use. This house is perfect for families, small groups, or business trips. Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and setup for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great nature/view setting, with lots of yard space for games and a campfire. We have room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. A nice large front deck overlooking a great view of the neighbor's pond and the great outdoors.

Saylor’s Vintage Fish Cabin

Just an hour away from Des Moines, this is pure midwest heaven! This vintage fish cabin has it all….. full kitchen and bath, antenna TV, electric fireplace etc. Stocked pond with fishing gear included (no live bait) 2 paddleboards, rafts, and Baby Bass boat with motor! Beautiful serene place to escape to relax or have fun! Firepit and barbecue grill make for perfect evenings to relax and unwind! Can sleep up to 4. Note: the lofts beds are true lofts, ceiling height above mattresses is 4 ft.

The Prayer Cabin

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

Dixon Block loft is a historical building renovated into a beautiful 2 bedroom loft apartment. Old historic charm is embedded into the style. Overlooks charming town square. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We live locally to assist with anything needed. We can't wait for you to enjoy the local small town charm. Many events happen in December, Lighted Christmas Parade. In the summer time, the town square has many concerts.
