STUNNING TRANQUIL BEN LOMOND VIEWS

This spacious bedroom has own private washbasin with toilet, the other bathroom is situated in the hall and consists of toilet, shower, washbasin and bath and is shared by other guests, hairdryers are provided in the bedroom, this room has its own television with DVD with access to the DVD library. Guests have there own private television lounge where tea or coffee is served with complementary home baking at 21:00 hrs if required. Full Scottish breakfast or continental style is served until 10:30am There is a Summerhouse sited in the garden where you can simply relax with a good book and glass of wine. There are several villages within a few miles, with great pubs, food and hospitality or if you prefer, we can serve dinner, reasonably priced,provided you give us notice. This is a great place to re-charge your batteries and although slightly off the beaten track, there are plenty local places of interest including Loch Katrine, Inchmahome Priory on Lake of Menteith and the Trossachs. The area is well suited to hill-walkers and there is no shortage of mountains to climb. Stirling is our nearest city (17 miles) or Glasgow (20 miles), Stirling castle and Wallace monument are well worth visiting whilst in the area. Babies and young children up to six years old are free. Children from seven years old up to 10 years old there is a charge of £10.00 per child including breakfast. Children from 11 years old to Adult 18 years old there is a charge of £15.00 per person including breakfast and there will be extra beds put into the room already booked, and or if you prefer you can book the children into my other listing (another room) next door which sleeps two people (if available) for £40.00.

The picturesque village of Town Yetholm is an ideal base to explore the Borders: 200m from St Cuthberts Way; 1km from the Pennine Way; 24 miles from Lindesfarne. Rubislaw rooms have coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, TV, wifi, gardens, deck & outdoor seating. Rooms have double beds, but an additional single bed or cot can be added on request. Have a relaxed stay in our well loved family home, in Berwick-upon-Tweed. King size room, and a single room with room for extra Z bed (small adult), lounge (open fire) & bathroom. In a peaceful location yet near railway station & short walk to town centre. Simple, uncooked breakfast included. "Granny charging" for EV available for a small fee. Law Cottage Coldingham Room and private bathroom

Recently completely renovated, garden is still on going this picturesque cottage in Coldingham offers you a double bedroom and private bathroom plus continental breakfast. You will be welcomed by Corporal Collin a very friendly Jack Russell Terrier, to a warm and sunny room with it's own large bathroom. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and the costal path, with all the wonderful scenery and walks, an abbey, plus a beautiful sandy beach, marine reserve and nearby fishing harbour town.

Cosy room, rural escape for Kielder, Newcastleton

A snug cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're in a very rural setting, 20-25 minutes' drive from Kielder Water, the observatory and also Newcastleton. Dogs welcome. Countryside in the middle of town

Lovely quiet little house on slopes of Arthur's Seat. Pretty garden. Free street parking. Bedroom has twin single beds, breakfast included. Good bus to town, and help and information about getting around from host. Almost in Duddingston Village which has a 900 year old church and a 800 year old pub
