Villa Rosa—Romantic Zone Luxury With Maid and Chef

Sit back without the need to shop, cook, or clean in this deluxe 4,000-square-foot property, thanks to the dedicated staff. Instead, take in the sweeping Bay of Banderas views, soak in a Jacuzzi in a marble bathroom, and swim in the private pool. The cost of the maid and chef are included in the daily rate. You pay for the groceries and Carlos prepares wonderful meals for you. The cost of 16% VAT and 3% lodging tax are included in the rate. Enjoy a beautiful 4000 square foot villa overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta in a quiet neighborhood. Villa Rosa is located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta about a 10-15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach. The first floor is the location of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. French doors open onto the terrace with a private swimming pool, heated from December through March. A large circular staircase with stained glass windows leads you to the second and third floors. The master suite occupies the entire second floor with a bedroom, closet, and fantastic marble bathroom with an open air jacuzzi. It has a king-size bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is under the pool area and has its own separate private entrance. It has two twin beds and a private bath which can be made into a king sized bed. The villa has a maid and a chef. The cost is included in the overall rental rate. They will prepare up to two meals per day 6 days per week. There is no service on Sunday and Mexican national holidays. They will pamper you and create a truly relaxing vacation. You select from the Villa Rosa menu for up to two meals per day and they will do the shopping for you once you give them money. You can order whatever you like but the menu items are exceptionally good. Clients rave about Carlos' cooking. My favorites are the tequila tuna and grilled lobster. My breakfast favorites are french toast and huevos rancheros. Ask Carlos to make you a mango margarita. Try his Mexican pulled pork (carnitas) on a hard bun with his very spicy chilli sauce. It is as fine as any restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. To further enhance your experience "spa services" in Villa Rosa are available at an additional charge. This is for both men and women. Massages, hair styling, haircuts, pedicures, manicures, and facials are available at a reasonable charge. This may be arranged in advance or when you arrive. You do not really need a car. Uber and taxis come to the Villa. If you don't feel like walking back up the hill then this is an inexpensive alternative for about $2.50. It is a 15 minute walk to south side downtown restaurants Blue Chairs, Mantamar, Green Chairs, and stores. Also, if you require, meet and greet services at the airport are available. A person will meet you at the airport, give you a brief orientation to Puerto Vallarta and take you directly to Villa Rosa. Airport pick up and departure can be arranged in advance. Should you like to book tours or have someone make restaurant reservations for you, Carlos, the chef, can assist you. The goal is to make your visit something you will remember. I don't think you will find a better deal on the south side of Puerto Vallarta with your own staff and close to Los Muertos Beach. Entire building. Villa Rosa is managed by one of the most respected vacation rental property management companies in Puerto Vallarta. PVRPV management company. The neighborhood is a mix of large villas, boutique hotels, and condos. Walk for 10 minutes to reach Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone, with its numerous hip bars and boutiques. Restaurant recommendations include Blue Chairs and Mantamar. Taxis and Uber are available easily. They can be called to the villa. The buses are about a 10 minute walk. You can also walk to the south side of Puerto Vallarta in 10-15 minutes. Perfect place for birthdays, family gatherings, and other special occasions. If you need a cake just ask Vanessa. During the holiday season from December 22 through January 2 there is a minimum stay requirement of 5 days
