You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. (Note: The Marina boat slips are for Owners only.)

The Hemingway Suite in Casa de La Mar is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment. The space features a massive great room with its own bar, a fully stocked kitchen, and two balconies with views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Giganta mountains. The massive master suite has a California king bed, incredible en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom features two full-size beds bringing the units capacity to 6 guests.

The studio has a fun contemporary decoration which is located in the second floor. Once you enter the studio you would be able call it home. Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.
