A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Ahoy! Sailor’s Way is a relaxing, pet friendly cottage minutes away from the quaint, downtown Vermilion. Whether you’re shopping, eating, boating, or checking out the farmer’s market, Vermilion always has something going on, so book your stay! Although there is no beach access, at the end of the road, you can see Lake Erie! The cottage is close to public beach access, the lighthouse and several parks. Approximately 45 minutes to the Miller Ferry Port and 35 minutes to Cedar Point.

You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. We will continue to update the space and the property. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Spiral staircase may be difficult for pets and elderly. Tons of on-site parking available for campers, u-hauls or boats!!
