Lake Erie with its beachfront, scenic bike trails and nature walks. Just minutes away from Shopping, Entertainment, Fine Dinning, Cedar Point, Kalahari Resort, the Great Wolf Lodge. Truly a home away from home. I sincerely apologize pets are not permitted due to my severe allergic response to dander thank you.

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised.
