The home is located in Lincoln NH in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, ice cream shops etc. The house was built in 2015 and features AC with radiant heated floors and a log fireplace. Gourmet Kitchen and Pantry. Game room on lower level with one bath and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. pool table, ping pong and air hockey as well as a large sofa and Xbox with 65" flat screened TV. Exterior deck with grill and seating.

Your dedicated parking spot out is directly out front but there’s no need to drive across the street to go skiing - the shuttle will pick you up. Our 2 private bedrooms both feature queen beds and the loft has a twin over queen bunk. The main bathroom has been recently updated with a high end tile shower to warm up in.
