At 800 square feet, it features a clean, open-concept layout, thoughtful furnishings, and in-suite laundry facilities, which make settling in effortless. Two oversized sliding glass doors open to a deck with outdoor seating and Bay views that guests rave about. The living area features cozy seating, a smart TV on wheels for flexibility, and a workspace setup.

"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Mountain View Treehouse

Perched 17 feet above the forest floor between four mature Douglas fir trees and ready for your relaxing escape. You may catch a glimpse of a blacktail deer, turkey, grey squirrel, or hear a great horned owl or woodpecker. No comfort is left out, equipped with an unlimited hot water shower, toilet, sink, heat and ac. The interior of the treehouse is lined with incense cedar harvested on the property. Small decks off the front and back of the treehouse to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.
