A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

Pike House Park Place - Your Up North Getaway

Pike House Park Place is a freshly remodeled, three bedroom house with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in Northern Michigan! It is located across from the entrance to Alpena's Long Lake Park, where you can take advantage of some of the best year-round fishing in the state. Fantastic mountain-biking and hiking at Rockport State Rec. area is a few short miles away. Stay right at Park Place and enjoy a bonfire, indoor and outdoor games, a home-cooked meal, and relax in front of the tv.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage in Posen near Alpena and Lake Huron. The cabin sits on a private 3 acre lake across from our farmhouse.. You are free to roam our 33 acres of farmland and forests. It literally is a dream and the air is so fresh. There is a fire pit for nightly fires while you watch for shooting stars. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards for daytime activities on the lake, including swimming.

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.
