Tucked in on the outer dock of the Quinnipiac River Marina, with unobstructed views of this beautiful, historic river, the NOAH GENDA is anything but ordinary. This 36-ft Carver Mariner has a spacious upper deck, covered back deck, sliding doors opening to a comfortable living / dining space that converts to sleep 4, a kitchen, a bar, a head (bathroom - peeing only / no #2), enclosed shower, a single berth, and Captain's suite with queen bed that sleeps 2. Full bathroom facilities at the marina.

50' Yacht *Couple & Getaway*

50’ Cabin Motor Yacht named "A Boat Tel" has all the amenities of a floating condo, with views of Niantic River that only a boat can provide. Selecting a unique getaway for a romantic evening, anniversary, engagement, wedding, reunion or summer vacation. Boat remains at dockside, guests may come and go as they please. The boat can hold up to 6 guests maximum at any time. Due to safety concerns, this AirBnB is not conducive for children.

Classic Yacht in the Fire Island Pines

(4-6 guests)We would love to share our beautiful yacht with you at the Pines. Both sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking from the yacht. We are close to town yet in a private location. It is the perfect spot for the Pines Party weekend! (We can discount the weekend fee to $750 for four guests, and $600 for weekdays) We do three hour sunset cruises as well for an additional fee. 🌅
