Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. We know you'll appreciate this place as much as we do!

Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine Street, The Pike, Retro Row, and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds!

It is a very peaceful spot to be while also being walking distance to the liveliness of 2nd Street (restaurants & Shops) and the Beach!

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation.
