Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Welcome to Lyngværstua /Aurorahouse. Ceramic workshop: in the autumn/winter season i offer ceramic workshops View the northern lights from our terrace, kayak the lagoon from the beachfront. Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. The sauna has amazing views of the sea and mountains. Charger for electric or plug-in car is available.

You can also make a three hours road trip from Evenes airport to my house. The house is “in the heart of Lofoten”, so it will be a great base for your trip around Lofoten. Opplev fantastiske Hanøyvika ved Raftsundet. Eiendommen har panoramautsikt over sundet der hurtigruta passerer to ganger i døgnet. The house was completely remodeled a few years ago and features a new kitchen and open living space. Outdoors we have a great deck with grill for summer cooking. The house is on a quiet location with magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A SUP-Board (30 Euro) and a double kayak (40 Euro) is sometimes available to rent.

Hamnøy - Big Apartment - Amazing - Marvellous view

Best location in Hamnøy One guests feedback requires an explanation: My 5 guests from Asia complained that the hot water ran out when showering. This is the first time in the 180 feedbacks I have received. I explained that there is 200 liters of hot water, once this is used up it takes 30 minutes to heat up again. If all the guests shower for a very long time and right after each other, you have to wait 30 minutes for new hot water.

Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.
