Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Explore local waterfalls, farmers markets, hiking trails and the vibrant town of Ithaca.

The Little House

Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. Every detail is custom- built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property of regenerative pasture, forest, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
