Welcome to De Brus Hoose a modern apartment which sleeps 5, situated in the heart of the Heritage Quarter in Dunfermline. Once the ancient capital of Scotland, Dunfermline was recently awarded city status again. It is a short commute to the capital Edinburgh. Our property has the most unique views of the iconic Dunfermline Abbey, the burial place of Scottish Kings and Queens, and where the tomb of Robert the Bruce can be seen. De Brus Hoose offers the ideal location to explore Scotland from.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers.
