Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

This new suite offers incredible ocean & jungle views. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the singing jungle birds. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. The suite features a large bedroom with a king bed. Beautiful wood doors open out to the semi-outdoor dining area and kitchen. From here there is a staircase that leads to a large sundeck with lounge chairs. The beach is a five minute walk where you can find three restaurants to enjoy.
