"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. The terrace, the pool area and the barbecue will be the center of your vacations. On the farm there are farm animals which can be visited. The finca is located near the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It has good connections to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby.
