The house is 30 mins walk away from the city centre in a culturally diverse area of Liverpool - amazing places to eat locally and very close to city's best green spaces - see Lark Lane and Sefton / Princes Park.

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.
