Close by: Kingfisher Resort and Spa is a 5 minute drive away for pampering yourself with a good meal or spa treatments. Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

Welcome to the Seal Bay Guest Cottage- a peaceful carriage house set amongst the trees yet still only 10 min from town. A cozy place to rest while you explore the beautiful Comox Valley. Close to Seal Bay Nature park, where you can enjoy forest walks and trail biking, beach combing and more. If you like wine, the award winning Forty Knots Winery is just down the road. There are numerous farm stands in the neighbourhood and so much to explore. Mount Washington is only a 30 min drive away.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
