Prostorný apartmán s balkónem o rozloze 65m² má 2 oddělené místnosti. V jedné místnosti se nachází manželská postel (160x200cm), TV, pohovka a vstup na balkón s výhledem na Hrad a zámek Český Krumlov. Ve druhé místnosti se nachází 2 samostatná lůžka (80x200cm), kuchyňský kout se základním nádobím pro vaření a jídelní stůl s židlemi. Pokoj má jednu soukromou koupelnu s rohovou vanou. Apartmán se nachází v prvním poschodí a je přístupný pouze po schodech.

Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi s výhledem do zahrady. V jedné místnosti je velká manželská patro na spací s dvěma oddělenými lůžky. Malá předsíň a samostatná koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. Koupelna je vybavena fénem na vlasy, toaletním papírem, ručníky, mýdlem . Pokoji je malá lednice a mikrovlnná trouba. Set s rychlovarnou konvicí, káva čaj. Hosté mají možnost využít parkoviště za poplatek a WIFI a televizi s TV/Sat.
