Newly renovated apartment located in the centre of Ljubljana in the pedestrian area. The appartment is 15 minutes walking distance from main Ljubljana train and bus station. Parking spaces are available in the nearby parking garages that are located 10 minutes away from the apartment (e.g. PH Kongresni Trg, PH Kapitelj and PH Komenskega). It is also possible to park in the street with a parking metre by paying for a parking lot for a limited amount of time (e.g. Ulica pod gradom).

Edina vrata v hiši vodijo v veliko prostorno kopalnico z velikim »walk in« tušem, toaletno školjko, mestom z umivalnikom in ogledalom, na voljo je tudi sušilec brisač in las.
