Charming ancient house in Etna - Linguaglossa

Historic residence (1850), typical of 19th-century Sicilian architecture. From the entrance hall, guests can access the inner garden and, via the staircase, the apartment on the first floor The rooms are arranged in sequence, without a corridor: entrance hall, living room, first bedroom, second bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen. The interiors are furnished with restored furniture, and some ceilings show fine frescoes. The apartment accommodates 4–6 guests

Little House Mount Etna

Our homey Little House is a special place, on the north side of Mount Etna, far from the crowds. Enjoy the quiet of the countryside here, relaxing on the large terrace, listening to the birds. The attached Cactus garden is impressive. The Little House is in an ideal location for exploring Mt Etna, visiting wineries and other sights. It is 500 metres from the town. We can give you tips and answer your questions. We only accept guests that come with a rental car or with their own car.

La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. Il punto di forza della casa è la camera da letto il cui nome "zitu e zita" è ispirato ad un antica leggenda siciliana, molto suggestiva e romantica, dotata di un letto a baldacchino, molto luminosa con due porte-finestre le quali sporgono in un carinissimo terrazzino con vista paese. L'altra camera, il soggiorno dispone di divano letto e un angolo cottura attrezzato.

Ma.r.a.t.o.n.e.t.a." è anche un acronimo che spiegheremo agli ospiti Molta presenza di legno: parquet, soffitto, scala, sotto tetto. Corpi illuminanti da arredo. Cucina, frigorifero, lavello. Tavolo in legno massiccio in salone ingresso. Divani. Televisione a schermo piatto.

Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.

E' composto da un'elegante camera matrimoniale, un ampio e luminoso bagno ed una cucina privata situata in un locale separato, a pochi metri dalla struttura principale e completa di ogni comfort.
