Enchanted Nook is a peaceful 1,150‑sf cabin in Alto, nestled in the hills 6 miles above Ruidoso. With king and queen bedrooms at 7,500 ft, it sits in a quiet neighborhood perfect for unwinding. Enjoy 3 Roku TVs, high‑speed internet, and local news. Step onto the back deck for mountain views, crisp air, and visits from birds, wild horses, deer, and elk. Enjoy a quiet little cabin within walking distance to Suderth street where you can dine and shop till you drop. It's less than a mile away from grindstone lake and fishing. The casino is a short drive away as well. This is our getaway home for our family of five. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We have two beds (king and queen) and a toddler bed. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, smart tv w local antenna/DVD player and two snowboards you can use.

Our completely remodeled cabin is located in “Old Ruidoso”. It’s walking distance to Midtown and a short drive to Grindstone Lake, Ski Apache and Ruidoso Downs Race Track. We have a grill on our back deck with a seating area plus a hot tub in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.

We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
