Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Enjoy all that Lincoln has to offer for hiking, skiing, and site seeing. No pets are allowed on the property or premises and this is a non smoking property.

This beautiful studio space is a barn loft with private deck off back. Open concept with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and fully equip kitchen. Large walk in shower and queen size bed. Just one mile from North Woodstock town and 15 minutes to hundreds of trails and attractions. Skiing at loon 15 minutes, Ice castles next door. ALSO NO hidden costs or cleaning fees added (we figure you should see what you are paying up front!).
