The apartment follows enhanced cleaning protocol, with thorough ventilation and disinfecting. The HVAC system is private. Checkin and checkout are easy and no-contact. Centrally located with easy access to highways, train stations, etc. Next to a park with hiking trails, this is a secondary unit (Duplex units) with its own separate entry/exit. 3 bedrooms (one on lower level, two on 2nd level), kitchen, 2 baths (both on lower level). ~2000 square feet of space. Open and welcoming to ALL types of people. There is TV with internet (you can log into your streaming services) but NO LIVE TV OR CABLE
