Centrally located in farm country just off of Rt.1 just outside of Milford. Close to Delaware Turf. We are 20 minutes from the beach. With enough space for everyone. Grab a book and relax in a massage chair, play board games or cards, kick back and watch a movie in one of two family rooms with cable TV. The kitchen has a full size coffee maker and essentials for meal prep. With three bedrooms and 5 beds everyone can have their own space. Outside there is a fire pit, shared playground and pool.

Wild Nest Tiny House In The Woods

Tiny house in the woods, sounds of nature. Off grid w/ no wifi, yet close to dining, shopping & the beaches. We are also close to Delaware turf & sports at the beach, along w/ Dogfish Head Brewery. You'll wake up (& sometimes go to sleep) w/ the sounds of our rooster Bruce, & be greeted by our friendly cat Mittens. We do live on site and happy to answer any questions, point you in the right direction for dinner. We have an in law suite available on property too if having additional guests.

Beach Highway Hobby Farm

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Looking for a unique stay in Delaware? Check out our Edgar Allan Poe themed house. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath in an historic house built in the late 1800’s. In the heart of beautiful downtown Milford, you’ll be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the historic Riverwalk. **THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster oven available for your convenience.

The Garden Apartment

Bubba & Banjo’s was built as a home for me and my husband before we bought our first house. And now we get to share it with others! Luxury garage apartment, barndominium, pole barn are a few words people have used when describing the spot. The garden view might be one of my favorite things but the spacious tile shower is a close runner up! It’s simple but checks all the boxes for what a great rental spot should be in our opinion.

Hiking on our 2.5m nature trail or catching and releasing in one of our stocked ponds to a 9hole mini golf or just hanging out with our personable farm animals there is something for everyone. Local food all around and if trying your luck at the slots there is a casino only 6 miles away. Their is an adventure for everyone.
