It’s on the 3rd floor, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Note: Severe Drought in Midcoast Maine. Must be willing to practice conservative water usage. This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak launch at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

There's a separate entrance to the room and a private bathroom attached to this bedroom. It's totally separate from my living space. I'm located in mid coast Maine near Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, etc. There is heat and WiFi a microwave a kettle, coffee maker, TV and refrigerator and other items for your convenience. It is not a kitchen but as many amenities as I can accommodate. You are welcome here to enjoy the privacy, comfort and convenience here.
