The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Come relax in a small country town just 45 minutes east of Denver. Enjoy the large family room or watch a movie in the theater room. Most people rave about the 5 star bathroom. While sitting on the patio watch the beautiful Colorado sunset and the horses graze in the pasture. This is a walkout basement and I live upstairs.
