The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment in Duluth, Georgia! Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled stay! Also, please know that we understand that noise maybe a constant frustration to guest, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October.
