Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Ausreichend Platz für drei Personen, der Wohn/Schlafraum ist mit Doppelbett, Ablagen und Schlafsofa ausgestattet. In zwei Minuten Fußweg erreicht man Busstation (Bus fährt direkt zum Schloss Schönbrunn) und in sieben Minuten die S-Bahn ( Schloss Belvedere und U-Bahn). Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

The Village is perfect for guests who want to combine urban and outdoor activities as it lies in the Wiener Wald, a beloved outdoor leisure area with opportunities for hiking, swimming and biking and Vienna (45 minutes to the city centre with public transport) with high profile cultural and gastronomic offerings.

Die Kombination aus Messing, Holz und Stahl wird durch das Grün zahlreicher Pflanzen abgerundet. Vom Entwurf bis zur Umsetzung stammt das Interior zur Gänze aus unserer Wiener Handwerksmanufaktur, worauf wir sehr stolz sind.

Wonderful renovated apartment in posh district Mauer with a lot of Vienna's famous Heuriger. Tram 60 Stop 3 minutes walk away, the tram brings you to the city center (Wien Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße) in about 30 minutes. Schloss Schönbrunn is 20 minutes away from the villa. The house is owned by an Italian/Austrian family and very charming. Extremely quiet area with a garden view and the possibility to use the park/garden.

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
