Close to I-90, we are centrally located between Spokane and Coeur d' Alene, a 20-minute ride in either direction. Our rental home is close to shopping centers and restaurants. We offer a functional kitchen, a large living room with big screen tv and a master bedroom with both a shower and a spa tub and A/C. The bedroom offers two queen size beds. As owners we live below in an independent basement apartment accessed by stairs in the backyard. We offer full parking on the driveway.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 60 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
